Alp Arslan, born Muhammad Alp Arslan bin Dawud Chaghri, [5 ] was the second sultan of the Seljuk Empire and great-grandson of Seljuk, the eponymous founder of the dynasty and the empire.
It elects sixteen members of parliament (deputies) to represent the district for a five-year term by the D'Hondt method, a party-list proportional representation system.
