Ispíní na hÉireann is an Irish trad rock collective based in Dublin. [1 ] Formed by guitarist Tomás Mulligan and banjo player Adam J. Holohan, they emerged from a neo-traditional scene centred in Dublin's famous Cobblestone pub.
His poetry has been widely published throughout the English speaking world in journals such as Ploughshares, Poetry Australia, World Poetry Almanac, and JuxtaProse Literary Magazine.
A native of County Galway, he is best known for his Irish-language works about life as a labourer in the post-Second World War-era, as part of the Irish diaspora in Britain.
