Savin Sever’s parking garage, one of his masterpieces, is characterised by a distinct duality: it is a revered example of modernist architecture of the 1960s and at the same time a neglected and “useless” building.
Škuc Gallery has been operating in the premises at Stari trg 21 in Ljubljana since 1978 as part of the ŠKUC Cultural Centre, one of the pillars of non-governmental culture in Slovenia for over 30 years now.
