Thomas BoylstonAdams (September 15, 1772 – March 12, 1832) was the third and youngest son of second United States president John Adams and Abigail (Smith) Adams.
Thomas Boylston was born in 1644 in Watertown, Massachusetts to Thomas Boylston Sr. He became a surgeon in 1665 and married Mary Gardner and they had twelve children.
