Jean-Pierre Raffarin ( French: [ʒɑ̃pjɛʁ ʀafaʁɛ̃] ; born 3 August 1948) is a French politician who served as Prime Minister of France from 6 May 2002 to 31 May 2005 under President Jacques Chirac.
