Troubleshooting online purchase
Can't complete your online purchase? Please check these steps:- Ski pass holder's date of birth: enter dd/mm/yyyyy or mm/dd/yyyyy correctly according to your browser language
- Name and surname of card holder: check that there are no special characters or accented letters or similar - enter the corresponding standard character
- Adult+free child package: make sure you have entered the correct category data (name+surname+date of the adult on the adult card and the same for the child)
Can I buy a Skipass gift online?
- You can choose a 1-day or 4-hour gift ski pass and specify whether it is for an adult or a junior;
- Indicate the date of the day you are buying
- Choose whether or not to add accident insurance for the recipient of the ski pass (additional fees apply);
- Enter your email address and complete payment by credit card;
- Print out the voucher that you receive by email and your gift is ready!
