Tonique Williams-Darling (née Williams; born January 17, 1976) is a Bahamian sprint athlete. She won the gold medal in the 400 meters at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece.
Darling has also played for the Kansas City Chiefs. Darling attended Stephen F. Austin High School in Sugar Land, Texas and won three varsity letters in football, two in track, and one in basketball.
