Tredegar je historické město v jihovýchodní Walesu, proslulé jako rané centrum průmyslové revoluce díky svým železárnám. Původně se město živilo tímto průmyslem a rozrostlo se z pouhých tří domů v roce 1800 na více než 34 000 obyvatel v roce 1881. Dnes má Tredegar kolem 15 000 obyvatel a může se pochlubit bohatou politickou historií jako rodiště Aneurina Bevana (zakladatele NHS) a prvním domovem Neila Kinnocka. Mezi klíčové památky patří Bedwellty House s viktoriánskými zahradami a ikonické Městské hodiny na Tredegar Circle, centrální uzel s pestrou minulostí.
